De goed afleesbare meerkleurige LED van de RC-1 biedt een schat aan informatie op één compacte locatie. Dit licht helder op tijdens het opnemen, afspelen en overdubben, zodat de loop-status altijd duidelijk is. Een cirkelvormige indicator beweegt tijdens het gebruik: ofwel in een continue rotatie om de volledige loop-lengte weer te geven, ofwel in een snellere rotatie die onderverdelingen weergeeft. Dit elegante display dient ook als een handig visueel hulpmiddel om stop-, wis- en undo/redo-acties te bevestigen, zodat je bij elke step precies weet wat er aan de hand is.
