Q: Sound drop-out occurs during music playback via Bluetooth Audio while the transmitter (WL-T) is charging. How can this be remedied?
    A:
When the transmitter is charging while connected to the TRANSMITTER IN jack on the KATANA-AIR, sound drop-out can occur depending on the state of usage of nearby Wi-Fi devices using the 2.4 GHz band.
    * The influence of this effect is reduced when the transmitter (WL-T) is charged using a commercially available USB cable.

If you want to perform charging via the TRANSMITTER IN jack when using Bluetooth, try the following.

    Bluetooth
Bluetooth devices are typically equipped with features to avoid frequency interference, and the KATANA-AIR also automatically switches to using a frequency subject to less interference with the frequencies used by Wi-Fi and when charging the transmitter. Though the switching time differs depending on the connected devices and the signal strength of the other equipment, operation tends to become more stable within several minutes. Wait for a short while.

    Radio-wave interference
Try moving any Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, and other equipment that uses the 2.4-GHz band away from the KATANA-AIR and the smartphone.
    * Equipment that uses the 2.4-GHz band include wireless mouse devices.

    Placement of the KATANA-AIR
It is possible to change the situation by placing the KATANA-AIR and the smartphone closer to each other and by moving the KATANA-AIR slightly away from a wall, so try varying the positioning.
