If your Roland or BOSS product needs to be serviced, you have two options:
- Work with an Authorized Service Centre near you.
- Send your Roland or BOSS product to the Roland Canada Factory Service Centre in Mississauga, ON.
Note: In rare cases, the Roland Canada Factory Service Centre is your only service option. Please contact your local Authorized Service Centre first to discuss your service needs and confirm that they can service your product.

If you wish to send your Roland or BOSS product to the Roland Canada Factory Service Centre, please submit a service request through Roland Backstage to obtain a return authorization (RA) number before you ship any Roland or BOSS gear in for repair. When the Roland Canada Factory Service Centre receives your product our technicians will inspect it and contact you with an estimate of repair costs.

The Roland Canada Factory Service Centre is no longer able to accept in person drop off of Roland or BOSS products in need of repair.
Roland Canada Factory Service Centre Labour Rates (Non-Warranty):
- All Roland and BOSS products except BOSS Compact and Twin pedals: $80.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
- BOSS Compact and Twin pedals: $40.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
Please note that the a $25 bench fee, plus return freight costs and applicable taxes, will be charged if you do not proceed with the repair, or if a Roland or BOSS product is received and no problem is found by our technicians.
Local Authorized Service Centres may have different rates and policies. Please contact the Authorized Service Centre directly for information.
Roland Canada Parts Department
External parts are available for sale to Canadian customers from the Roland Canada Parts Department by submitting a parts request through Roland Backstage.
Any part that requires disassembly of your Roland or BOSS gear will NOT be available for purchase and you will need to have your Roland or BOSS gear repaired by our Factory Service Centre or one of our Roland Authorized Service Centres located across Canada.
Roland Canada DOES NOT provide parts or service information for customers outside Canada.

Roland Canada Authorized Service Centres
Roland Canada also supports a number of Roland Authorized Service
Centres across Canada to help you get your Roland or BOSS gear
inspected and repaired if shipping to our Factory Service Department
presents a challenge. These Roland Authorized Service Centers offer
both warranty and/or non-warranty service and have direct access to our
Factory Service Department and Parts Department staff and resources to
ensure your Roland or BOSS gear is repaired to factory spec. Please
note that shop rates and turn around time may be different than our
Factory Service Department, please contact the local Roland Authorized
Service Centre prior to dropping off / shipping your gear to get this
information.
