Repairs and Parts
While Roland and BOSS gear have some of the lowest service
requirements in the instrument industry, we are proud to back all of
our products with top-flight technicians, parts and facilities to
provide additional "Roland Value" for your Roland purchase.
Roland Canada maintains a fully-equipped Factory Service Department
for repairs to your Roland and BOSS gear. For drop off and pickup of
Roland and BOSS gear that need repairs the address is:

Once received, our service technicians will inspect your product and
contact you with an estimate of the repair costs. Our shop rate for
BOSS single and dual compact pedals, tuners and metronomes is $40.00
per hour with a minimum shop rate of $25.00. All other Roland or BOSS
products have a shop rate of $80.00 per hour with a minimum shop rate
Please note that the minimum shop rate of $40.00 plus return freight
costs will be assessed if you do not proceed with the repair, or if a
unit is received and no problem is found by our technicians.
In addition to our experienced service staff, we have an extensive
parts inventory available exclusively for our Authorized Service Centres to ensure quick turn around of the repair to
your Roland or BOSS gear.
New Parts Policy in effect January 15, 2018
A smaller sub-set of this parts inventory is available for sale directly from the Roland Canada Parts Department.
Any part that requires disassembly of your Roland or BOSS gear will NOT
be available for purchase and you will need to have your Roland or BOSS gear repaired by one of our Roland Authorized
Service Centres across Canada.

Roland Canada also supports a number of Roland Authorized Service
Centres across Canada to help you get your Roland or BOSS gear
inspected and repaired if shipping to our Factory Service Department
presents a challenge. These Roland Authorized Service Centers offer
both warranty and non-warranty service and have direct access to our
Factory Service Department and Parts Department staff and resources to
ensure your Roland or BOSS gear is repaired to factory spec. Please
note that shop rates and turn around time may be different than our
Factory Service Department, please contact the local Roland Authorized
Service Center prior to dropping off / shipping your gear to get this
