When you use BOSS TONE STUDIO for GM-800

Use the most up-to-date versions in combination, as described below.

Please refer to the "Using BOSS TONE STUDIO for GM-800" for details on how to use in the [ Owner's Manuals ].
Downloading and unarchiving the compressed file
  1. Read the software license agreement at the bottom of the screen and select the "I agree" check box.
  2. Click the "Download File" button to download the system program.
  3. Double-click the file to unzip it if the file is not already unzipped.

How to install
  1. Open the gm800_bts_m120 folder created by expanding gm800_bts_m120.zip.
  2. Run "BOSS TONE STUDIO for GM-800 Installer.pkg" inside the folder such as by double-clicking it.

The installer starts. Follow the on-screen instructions to install.
Starting the application
Go to [Applications] and open the [BOSS] - [GM-800] folder, then double-click BOSS TONE STUDIO for GM-800(.app) inside the folder.

* During using the application, if a message prompting you to allow access appears, click [ OK ].

    Full-Wide-XGA ( 1366 x 768 ) or more
* Internet connectivity is required for using functions of TONE EXCHANGE and downloading updated version of TONE STUDIO. (Please note that you might be charged for packet fee depends on your connectivity service.)
* This software has been found to work on typical computers that meet the above requirements, but we do not guarantee that it will operate on all such computers. Please be aware that differences in design or conditions of use may produce differences in the processing power of otherwise similar computers.
