Roland Canada Ltd. is a distributor of V-MODA headphones and Hosa cables (which includes Mogan and Zaolla products). The warranty process for these products is different than Roland and BOSS products.

V-MODA
If you encounter a problem with your V-MODA headphones, within their warranty period, please DO NOT send them in for repair. Return your defective V-MODA product to the Roland distributor where you purchased them from to receive a replacement. The Roland distributor will work with their Roland sales representative to provide you with a new replacement.

Hosa (including Mogan and Zaolla)
If you encounter a problem with your Hosa, Mogan or Zaolla product, within their warranty period, please DO NOT send these items in for repair.
Return your defective Hosa product to the Roland distributor where you purchased them from to receive a replacement. The Roland distributor will work with their Roland sales representative to provide you with a new replacement.
